Veteran Iranian actor Ezzatollah Mehravaran passes away at the age of 72.

Popular veteran Iranian actor and director Ezzatollah Mehravaran has passed away at the age of 72.

He departed after a short while of illness due to the infection of coronavirus in Tehran’s Atieh Hospital on October 8, 2021.

Born in 1949, Mehravaran started his career with the movie ‘Wine Seller’ by Vali Mohammad.

Later, he played several roles in movies such as ‘Glass Agency’ by Ebrahim Hatamikia, ‘My Lady’ by Yadollah Samadi, ‘The Changed Man’ by Mohammad-Reza Honarmand, ‘I Feel Sleepy’ by Reza Attaran, and ‘Eve’s Red Apple’ by Saeed Asadi.

He also acted in several TV series, including ‘White Code’ by Hamid Nematollah, ‘The Bachelors’ by Soroush Sehhat, and ‘Cops and Robbers’ by Saeed Aqakhani.
